The recalled products can contain the bacteria Klebsiella aerogenes. People with weakened immune systems, external medical devices, and underlying lung conditions who are exposed to the bacteria face a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment. The bacteria can enter the body if inhaled, or through the eyes or a break in the skin. People with healthy immune systems are usually not affected by the bacteria. As of December 11, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

The recalled products contain phenol which is a prohibited Hotlist ingredient. Phenolic compounds are known skin sensitizers and can produce chemical burns (corrosive action) to the skin. As of December 12, 2025, Health Canada has received 1 report of injury in Canada.

Relight candles are banned in Canada. These candles can spontaneously relight after being blown out and can re-ignite after disposal, posing a fire hazard.

The affected products are packaged in the wrong pack. The labels for the affected product have incorrect cannabinoid values. The labels show that the CBD is higher than the actual value. The CBG value is also missing from the labels.

When the bed rails are attached to a bed, users can become entrapped within the bed rail or between the bed rail and the side of the mattress. This can pose an entrapment hazard and a risk of death by asphyxiation. As of December 10, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Isla Rae Magnetic Wireless Charger can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards. As of November 26, 2025, the company has received 5 reports of incidents of mild burns in Canada.

The ice crusher can experience a thermal event and ignite, posing a fire hazard. As of November 27, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injury in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 2 reports of incidents and one report of fire damage.

The recalled products were found to contain mould. Mould may pose a health risk to individuals with compromised immune systems, damaged lungs or an allergy to mould. As of December 4, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

The oven’s doors can unexpectedly close, posing a burn hazard to consumers. As of December 4, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 95 reports of the doors unexpectedly closing and resulting in burn injuries and 2 reports of a second-degree burn.

The recalled products do not meet the child-resistant packaging and labelling requirements for quick skin-bonding adhesives of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. This type of glue is capable of bonding skin instantly. The lack of appropriate labelling and child-resistant packaging could result in unintended exposure to the products and lead to serious illness or injury. As of November 20, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.  

The adjustment rod can allow the chip breaker to contact the cutterhead blades during use, which can cause debris to be ejected from the planer, posing impact and laceration hazards to the user and bystanders. As of November 14, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received seven reports of incidents and no reports of injuries.

The USB charging cords were manufactured with the wrong wiring material, and they may overheat when plugged in for charging, posing a burn and fire hazard. As of November 27, 2025, the company has received 3 reports of incidents in Canada and no reports of injuries.

The crank arms may be loose and detach from the bottom bracket resulting in a fall hazard.  As of November 27, 2025 the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries.

Health Canada has determined that the bedside sleeper does not meet the Cribs, Cradles and Bassinets Regulations in Canada. Specifically, the product’s sleep surface provides an incline angle greater than 7 degrees, posing a risk of entrapment and suffocation to the child.

These products do not meet the Cosmetic Regulations in Canada. Specifically, the products are missing bilingual English / French labelling, as well as the required hazard symbols, signal words, and safety information, which could result in misuse and potential harm to consumers. As of November 18th, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injury.

The boilers can release carbon monoxide (CO) due to delayed ignitions or component damage, posing a risk of serious injury or death. As of November 20, 2025, the company has received no reports of CO leaks in Canada, and no reports of injuries nor death. In the United States, the company has received 25 reports of CO leaks from the recalled boilers and 2 reports of death due to CO poisoning associated with the recalled boilers.

The bicycle frame can develop a hairline fracture near a weld, which can cause the tubes to separate, posing a risk of falling.   As of November 18, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 22 reports of frame fractures and 3 reports of frame tube separation, one of which resulted in a minor injury after falling from the bike.

The recalled product does not meet the labelling requirements and the child-resistant packaging requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. The lack of appropriate labelling and child-resistant packaging could result in unintended exposure to the products and lead to serious illness or injury. As of November 13, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
