If gasoline has been spilled on or near the unit, it can ignite in certain circumstances. As of January 19, 2024, the company has received no reports of thermal events in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 12 reports of thermal events and 1 reports of minor burns.

The recalled refrigerators contain an ice bucket assembly component that can break resulting in plastic pieces entering the ice bucket, posing choking and laceration hazards to consumers if the pieces are dispensed out of the ice bucket. As of February 8, 2024, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.  In the United States, the company has received 343 reports of broken plastic being dispensed into a consumer’s cup and two reports of injuries.

The garment steamers can expel hot water from the steam nozzle while heating during use, posing a potential burn hazard.  As of January 24, 2024 the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada. In the United States, the company has received 122 reports of hot water spraying or spitting from the steam nozzle, including 23 reports of injuries.

Young children may pull looped cords around their neck, or become entangled in the cords, causing a strangulation hazard and even death. In addition, the products can also release small parts that pose a risk of choking to young children. Children can become entangled in blinds cords, which can quickly lead to strangulation and even death. Health Canada recommends cordless window coverings. SRAM 12-speed Shift Brake Levers recalled due to Fall Hazard

A rider uses the brake lever to activate the braking system to slow or stop the bicycle. Excess thread lock compound applied to the lever body fixing bolt may result in the clamp bolt not being adequately tightened despite reaching recommended bolt torque. As a result, the clamp bolt on the brake lever can come loose, posing a fall hazard to the rider. As of January 24, 2024,  the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada, or in the United States.

The packaging configuration can allow damage to the wooden doorknob of the Slide & Seek Ball Run during shipping and can cause it to detach, posing a potential choking hazard. In Canada, as of January 16, 2024, the company has received 2 reports of the wooden doorknob of the Ball Run detaching from the body of the Ball Run during shipping, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 33 reports of the wooden doorknob of the Ball Run either partially or completely detaching from the body of the Ball Run during shipping and 6 reports of the wooden doorknob detaching after shipping, and no reports of injuries.
