April Network Check-in: What We Heard
In April, we asked for your feedback on our Network Gatherings held on Zoom (most recently on March 27 and April 10). These casual discussion sessions are designed to create space for connection, shared learning, and peer support.
You shared your thoughts through WebConnects, at Coordinating Committee meetings, Check-in Chats, and the North East Zone Meeting. Here’s what stood out:
- Connection and peer learning are key: Many of you appreciated hearing different perspectives, learning from others, and knowing you’re not alone in facing similar challenges.
- Supportive, informal space matters: The relaxed format made it easier to ask questions, share openly, and build trust.
- Accessibility makes a difference: Features like online access, flexible timing, and calendar invites help more people participate.
- We’re stronger together: These gatherings are helping to build a more unified approach to shared priorities, especially around the ISFR.
Thank you for your reflections—they continue to guide how we shape these gatherings going forward.
