February Check-In Summary
In our February check-in, we asked how the Network has helped your program. Here’s what you shared:
- Training and Learning – The Network has been great for onboarding new staff, offering training sessions, and helping people stay up to date on best practices and program opportunities.
- Keeping Everyone in the Loop – Many of you mentioned that the Network helps you stay informed about important topics, like webinars and updates from PHAC.
- Connections and Support – The Network has made it easier to connect with other program staff, share resources, and talk about both challenges and successes.
- Building Skills and Knowledge – People have gained new ideas, learned about different activities, and feel more confident in their roles.
- Support for Newcomers – Those who are newer to CAPC/CPNP said the Network has been really helpful in guiding them through their first year.
