"What are your go-to network resources, and how do they help you?"

The Ontario Network of CAPC/CPNP Projects is a virtual platform that connects over 160 Canadian Action Program for Children (CAPC) and Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program (CPNP) projects across Ontario. Its mission is to enhance the health and well-being of vulnerable children aged 0-6, their families, and their communities by fostering connection, sharing knowledge, and driving engagement among its members.
