We are a small stand alone program in Northwestern Ont. We are struggling with finding reliable family support worker, the pay isnt great and no benefits were ever put in the orginal contribution agreement. We have tried to increase the budget every year, but with no success. Is any other program dealing with this? Suggestions.?
We have a couple moms, who said they would help out a day here and there...is that acceptable? Do they need to be qualified?
