Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada's Local Food Infrastructure Fund (LFIF) supports projects that strengthen community food security and increase the availability and accessibility of local, nutritious and culturally appropriate food through activities focused on food production for equity-seeking groups, particularly Indigenous and Black communities.

There are two levels of the fund: 1) large scale projects $150,000 and $500,000 (application open from January 13, 2025 to February 28, 2025) and small scale projects $25,000 and $100,000 (application intake closed).
