Stats Program Exploration

I have recently spoken Jackie at Acorn Information Solutions.  They are the company that made KEyON, the system that all the EarlyON centres use.

They would be interested in developing something similar for CAPC/CPNP program.  This would be a huge benefit, as our reporting would be more uniform and reliable.  Also PHAC could get the statistics anytime they wanted as the programs would be linked into 1 system.  Just like KEyON, the data is confidential.  It would be set up so that each CAPC/CPNP program would only be able to see their own data.  Program Consultants could be granted privileges to see the data for the programs that they oversee.

I am wondering if this is something the some programs would be interested in investing in.  The cost would be $5,000+, shared between the programs that enroll in it.  (The cost depends on how much would need to be changed to work for us)

For us at Ready Set Go, we use several program to track our data.  It is time consuming to train staff.  It is also costs more money each time we need to adjust or add to the program.  There has got to be a better way to manage our information and statistical data.

The great thing about using Acorn Information Systems is that they already have a great template that has been tested and is successful with KEyON.  They would not have to start building the system from scratch. I could also arrange a meeting with Jackie to talk about what they offer and what the cost would look like.

The best way to connect is to fill out this interest form.  https://forms.office.com/r/rKTXjuim5F

The deadline for form submission is November 1, 2024.
