Grab & Know Program

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know about the Grab & Know program?  My co-worker used to do it as a CAPC facilitator and when I took over her position there was no information on what the program involves or a curriculum to follow.  I am supposed to be offering it as part of our CAPC commitment but need to know what to do.  Any information and resources would be greatly appreciated.  You many contact me directly at tneeb@merrymount.on.ca
