The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is leading Vision 2030, an initiative to develop a vision for what public health assessment in Canada could look like by 2030. We want to hear from you to make sure that the vision is informed by diverse perspectives from across Canada.
A Public health assessment is essential to public health practice. It helps us to identify emerging health issues and trends, evaluate the impact of interventions, understand the current state of health, and plan public health programs.
