PHAC has been looking at ways to build recipients’ capacity to respond to PHAC funding applications. The Request For Proposals has now been posted for the CAPC/CPNP Capacity Building contract. This may be particular interest to CAPC/CPNP program as the contract requirements provide some details as to what PHAC is looking to provide.
