Hello,

We're reaching out with some great news! Families Canada, with the support of Nobody’s Perfect stakeholders (Incl. Master Trainers, Provincial/Territorial Coordinators, Trainers, Facilitators (especially if you trained online) and non-program delivery partners), is embarking on a needs assessment project to support the development of a Nobody’s Perfect standardized virtual facilitator training program and to help inform more generally how Nobody’s Perfect could grow its overall reach and impact.

You’re an important part of this process and we want to hear from you!  Truth is, we need your advice to make this work.

There are two ways to get involved, you can choose to participate in both of these opportunities, or one or the other!

 Focus Groups:

We will be conducting online focus groups in each time zone across Canada as well as in French. There are up to 10 spots available in each focus group and participation will last between 1- 1.5 hours.

This method of giving your feedback promotes opportunities to build off of each other’s ideas and to share more anecdotal comments. Focus groups will take place at various times from October 30- Nov 15, 2023.

The focus group will be conducted by Jennifer Gordon, founder and lead consultant of Pineapple Flags.

Survey:

An online survey is available to anonymously fill out at your leisure. This survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete and will ask you to questions that require you to rank, check and scale. There are also some questions requiring short answer written responses. The survey is open to fill out from now until November 12 (midnight), 2023.

We want to remove any barriers to participating in either our survey or focus groups. If you have accessibility needs you would like to discuss, have low internet access and prefer a phone method to participating, and/or are experiencing any other barrier(s) please get in touch with Jen, our lead researcher or Bushra,  Families Canada project officer.
