Earlier this year, we reached out to ask for your help in promoting the Canada Dental Benefit for children under the age of 12, and you responded. Thank you!
With your help, we managed to assist 323,000 children across the country in getting dental care support. That’s something to smile about!
The second and final benefit period started on July 1, 2023 and will continue until June 30, 2024. This is another opportunity to make sure eligible families know about the benefit and how to apply. Even families who applied during the first benefit period can re-apply for the final benefit period.
We would appreciate your continued support in amplifying our message with families in your community.
There are several ways you can help, such as:
- Talking with colleagues, friends and family about the benefit
- Posting on your social media channels using #CanadaDentalBenefit
- Sharing Health Canada social media content found on Facebook (Healthy Canadians) and on Twitter/X @GovCanHealth
- Using the materials in our promotional toolkit
- Displaying posters in high-traffic areas
- Sharing digital or printed factsheets with parents (available in 12 languages)
