  • Focus on strengths
  • Respectful
  • Ethical
  • Financially responsible
  • Accountable
  • Mission consistent

Mandate

SIRCH’s mandate is to look for gaps in social and health services and to address those gaps.

Credo for Children

Relative to our children, or any children with whom we interact, can we deliberately focus on giving them a conscious understanding of how powerful and important and valuable and perfect they are? Can every word that comes out of our mouths be a word that is chosen to help this individual know that he or she is powerful? A word of encouragement and empowerment? If we inspire, are positive and enthusiastic consistently, children will be exhilarated and excited about life and its possibilities.
