Mental Health Learning Circle -Wed Sept 21 2022

Summary
Folks gathered for the Mental Health Learning Circle this week on Wednesday.  Our topic was Mental Health Resource for Non-therapists / Community-based settings.  We considered the questions of: how can we support positive mental health in a community based setting? what are your favourite mental health resource for community work? what challenges do we face offering mental health supports in our capc/cpnp community based programs

See below the resources that were shared together.  We took the time to talk specifically about the Mothers Mental Health Toolkit and we watched a video about Depression in Pregnancy that is part of the Mothers Mental Health Toolkit video resources that can be found here:

I hope you will join us for the next Mental Health Learning Circle on November 16th.  Topic TBD - feel free to let Sydney know any ideas you have:  sbell@carizon.ca
