Thank you to everyone who responded to November’s Check-in Question!
Here’s what we heard about how Zone Meetings supported your work this year and what could make them even better.
Across the province, members shared that Zone Meetings continue to be a trusted space to connect, learn, and feel supported. Many of you said that hearing PHAC updates, learning what other projects are doing, and sharing challenges and ideas helped you stay informed and inspired, especially around ISFR reporting and planning for the future. Several people mentioned that these meetings offer a real sense of community and belonging.
What could make Zone Meetings even more meaningful?
You suggested:
- more opportunities for project idea-sharing and mini skill-building,
- discussion topics based on common challenges,
- clarity and reduced shorthand for newer participants, and
- meeting times that work better for more staff.
A number of first-time attendees said they were grateful to join and are excited to stay engaged.
Thank you for showing up for one another and for strengthening the Ontario Network of CAPC/CPNP Projects. Your feedback helps us continually shape these gatherings so they remain relevant, welcoming, and energising.
